Job Summary
We're seeking to hire some experienced Thumbnail Designers. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the YouTube space and how the eye-catching and meaningful thumbnails can affect positively our channels. Your main task will be designing thumbnails for our Main channels.
Your Role
Thumbnail Designer
As a Thumbnail Designer for readylaunch, you will play a crucial role in attracting viewers to our content. Your creativity and strategic thinking will be essential in producing high-quality thumbnails that reflect our brand’s vision and style.
You will work on a thumbnails for a variety of projects: designing options for new videos, rehashing old ones, and continuously experimenting with different concepts to optimize performance and brand awareness. Collaborate closely with our competitive team to help scale our visual strategy.

Requirements
Understanding of design fundamentals
Design is your second language.
You have a deep understanding of design principles and can effortlessly translate concepts into visually appealing thumbnails. Your strong grasp of design fundamentals ensures that every thumbnail you create is not only eye-catching but also strategically effective in attracting viewers.
Good Knowledge of Design Software
The tools of the trade.
You are proficient in using industry-standard design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools. Your expertise with these tools allows you to create high-quality, professional thumbnails that stand out.
Brainstorm, Concept, Collaborate with the team
Creativity is the name of the game.
You excel in brainstorming sessions, generating fresh and innovative ideas for thumbnails. Your collaborative spirit ensures you work well with the team to refine concepts and execute them flawlessly, contributing to the overall success of our content strategy.

What You'll Do

Attend daily team calls with the Design team from Monday to Friday at 9:00 EST time.

Create multiple thumbnail variations for each new video. We currently post 3-5 videos a week and aim to scale across channels.

Develop new thumbnail concepts and designs in support of rapidly emerging business and project requirements.

Ensuring each thumbnail is optimized for maximum performance while maintaining the highest standards of visual quality and brand consistency.

Take the lead on new thumbnail projects, from conceptualization to final execution, ensuring that each project is delivered on time.

Continuously review and improve the performance of existing thumbnails, ensuring they remain engaging and effective, and maintaining high standards.
